Wave is a business communications solution that integrates applications with an IP-PBX on a single platform, thereby avoiding the additional cost and management overhead associated with setting up and managing multiple servers and associated disparate management frameworks. Base applications are included at no extra cost and include applications such as desktop call
management, visual voicemail, call recording, conferencing and more. Applications are accessed via ViewPoint an innovative graphical PC interface.
Traditional and IP trunks
Wave includes robust voice gateway capabilities that let you migrate to next generation IP communications services on your own timeline. It supports traditional voice trunk interfaces (such as analogue and ISDN) as well as well as SIP trunking services and a full range of codecs.
Endpoints
Wave supports combinations of wired and wireless SIP phones, including soft phone clients and digital telephones, as well as analogue endpoints. The phones supported include the Edge 700 digital telephone and the Vertical 480i, 9133i and 9112i SIP phones.
