Many telephone systems merely provide the core product - if you wish to do more complex tasks an add-on is required, often from a third party vendor. The final system may consist of the core product, a conferencing app, call recording add-on, Call Centre programme, statistics and management modules etc. How likely is it that all of these applications will work together seamlessly?
