ViewPoint is the users interface to the features of the TeleVantage telephone solution.  ViewPoint, allows staff to use the full range of system features efficiently, creatively and powerfully in a familiar Windows-based or Web browser environment.

ViewPoint changes this.

It presents the phone systems features through an innovative graphical PC interface.  Users click or drag-and-drop to make, receive, transfer or conference calls, or point-and-click to park or hold calls.

The intuitive interface means that there are no learning curves or costly training programmes and staff can quickly understand and use ViewPoint to manage calls and even temporary staff with limited computer skills can perform basic calling actions in no time.

In ViewPoint you can quickly and easily drag and drop to transfer or conference calls, point and
click to hear voice messages or call people back, set up call rules and “follow me” call forwarding to handle important callers, monitor call center queues, and more.

The ViewPoint suite of business communications features are accessible by staff wherever they are located and remote employees (branch staff, home workers etc) can also use ViewPoint to manage calls.
