  1. Read our returns policy.
  2. Carry out the basic tests as described on the returns form.
  3. Request a returns number by completing and submitting the returns form (see note)
  4. On receipt of the returns number send the handset to the address provided.

We run comprehensive training courses on our products. It is part of our dealer requirement that our accredited partners have trained staff who have attended these courses.
