| Mobile phone |
In business mobile phones are used to provide telecommunications services for off-site road warriors and have been an essential tool for these employees for many years. The problem is that the mobile phone is not a part of the company’s telephone system. The means that mobile calls are managed independently of calls made from a desk phone, customers and colleagues need to use a separate number to contact the mobile user and, when used in the office, mobile call charges are incurred. Vertical Wave can help solve these issues. |
