The Wave IP 2500 solution provides a suite of 'Base' and ready-to-run 'Add-on' management tools. The Base tools are included in the cost of the base Wave IP 2500 system. The optional Add-on tools are ready-to-run and ready-to-license. |

The Base management tools include,
- Wave Global Administrator - a Web-based tool that manages moves, adds and changes and also provides extensive proactive diagnostic capabilities.
The optional Add-on management tools include
- Wave Global Manager - an advanced multi-site management tool that facilitates automation of system administration tasks
- Wave Global Reporter - this offers an array of detailed call activity reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
