Advanced Replacement Hardware Warranty

Advanced Replacement Hardware Warranty (ARHW) is a next working day replacement service for selected hardware components.   

ARHW offers dealers a means to provide customers with rapid resumption of service in the event of a hardware failure.   Without ARHW the repair/replacement of a faulty component might take several days.  During this time the customer could be left without service

With ARHW customers can be offered next day replacement of faulty parts and a swift resumption of service without a dealer needing to invest in holding replacement stock.  The service is available on the components listed in the table below.
