All the codecs you'd expect are shipped with the unit out of the box:G.711a/m, G.723, G.729ab, G.726, G.727. T.38 fax relay (9.6 k, 14.4 k) as well as G.711 transparent fax and bypass. In addtion you can add addtional features such as VPN and Registar connectivity by purchasing a licence key.
The configuration can be completed via a web interface or a command line interface and ICON will even work with you to help you with your configuration for your device and ship the unit preconfigured
Finally the system debugging and command feature set allow you to control your implementation and provide the service that your customer expects.
