Sending TELEX messages
MESSAGEmanager TELEX works exactly like email. Click on the TELEX address, enter the message and send. No additional software is required on the desktops. Alternatively, click on the TELEX button on the toolbar and you are presented with a user-friendly customised TELEX Add-In
TELEX Messages can be also sent from within any application other than a mail, ERP or CRM application by using the normal desktop print client. You can use the desktop message editor to create your messages or send an ASCII attachment.

- Broadcast to a distribution list - You can send to one address, multiple addresses or a distribution list.
- Message scheduling - Messages can be scheduled as urgent, normal or deferred to an off-peak time.
- Read income TELEX like mail - Telexes are received in your mailbox as mail.
- Easy message management and processing - Click on the mail item to display, print or mail the message to another user.
- Adding attachments - Attachments can be added provided they are saved as ASCII files
- Easy addressing - Fax addresses can be maintained in the Global or Personal Address Books or Contact Database. You can send to an ad hoc fax number.
The TELEX Server
MESSAGEmanager provides drivers and interfaces for most international telex networks including Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, India, Japan, Korea, Indonesia and Philippines. Connection of the Interface to the MESSAGEmanager SERVER PC is via a standard V24/V28 RS232c communications port.
