MESSAGEmanager - Exchange Integration
The MESSAGEmanager FAX, SMS and TELEX applications allow users to send and receive faxes, sms and telexs to and from the Outlook Desktop just like sending an email. There is no need to install any additional software on a user's workstation.

Sending a FAX, SMS and TELEX
Outllook provides the user interface and the tools need to create, send and receive messages. The MESSAGEmanager Exchange Gateway routes messages to the MESSAGEmanager server. The server is responsible for media processing, message routing , file conversions, call scheduling, transmission and reception, retries, security and logging.
- Just enter the FAX, SMS and TELEX address, attach the file and send.
- Messages can be sent via a standard Outlook Email no third part clients are required. .
- Fax addresses can be maintained in the Outlook Global or Personal Address Books or a Contact Database.
- Messages can be scheduled as urgent, normal or deferred to an off peak time.
- You can charge the cost of the FAX, SMS and TELEX to a job or department.
MESSAGEmanager Exchange gateway
MESSAGEmanager supports Exchange 5.5, 2000,2003 and 2007 as well as Outlook desktops without an Exchange Server. The MESSAGEmanager Exchange 2000, 2003 and 2007 gateways support identical features including fax address types, thumbnails of incoming faxes and support for clustered Exchange servers.
