MESSAGEmanager IP FAX reduces call costs, eliminates the need for multiple fax servers across an enterprise, is easier to deploy, lowers cost of ownership and is scalable to an unlimited number of users without needing to add new hardware.
Call costs
Long distance and international Public Switched Telephone (PSTN) call charges can be avoided by routing a fax over an IP network. Messages are routed over the IP network via the T.38 Fax Gateway nearest to the PSTN destination. Savings of up to 40% have been reported from shifting fax traffic to IP networks.
Capital investment
MESSAGEmanager IP FAX eliminates the need to deploy and maintain remote fax servers in multiple locations. Instead inexpensive Gateways are used to connect to the PSTN. With traditioal fax servers, provisioning for fax services in remote offices means installing a fax solution at each location. read more
