Polycom KIRK Wireless Server 8000 & KIRK Wireless Server 2500
The Polycom KIRK Wireless Server 8000 (KWS8000) and Polycom KIRK Wireless Server 2500 (KWS2500) are scalable on-site mobility solutions for analogue PBX and IP-PBX systems.
Universal solutions
The KWS8000 & 2500 come with the possibility of a combined analogue and SIP VoIP interface. By adding one or more VoIP interface cards to an existing KWS8000 or 2500 solution with a analogue interface a business can at any time move completely or partly from an analogue solution to a VoIP solution without the hassle and expenditure of installing new infrastructure.

Highly scalable solutions
The KWS8000 and KWS2500 are solutions which will meet both the current and future on-site mobility communication needs of an organisation and can scale from a small company to a large enterprise solution.
KWS 2500 to KWS 8000 upgrade: The KWS2500 is a cost-effective alternative to the larger KWS 8000. It has the same benefits but is tailored to smaller-sized businesses. But should the business outgrow the KWS2500 it can upgrade to a KWS 8000 and reuse all infrastructure elements of the legacy KWS2500.
With a analogue interface the KWS2500 supports up to 32 handsets and with a SIP VoIP interface it supports up to 150 handset users. The KWS8000 solution supports up to 1,008 handsets with an amalogue interface and with a SIP VoIP interface it supports up to 4,095 handset users
