ICON is constantly working with system manufacturers and channel partners to verify interoperability with different systems. The list below provides a high level view of systems and manufacturers ICON have tested with and now support.
If your system does not appear on this list please use the KWS8000 or KWS2500 solution with an analogue connection.
The precise functions and features supported can be provided by ICON in separate documentation as well as some programming support.

To pass the tests the following features have to function correctly: make call, receive call, hold, transfer blind, transfer attended, retrieve held caller, voicemail access, CLI.
Additional tests such as MWI, Park, Pickup, Twining and others are tested but are not required to appear as successful on this page. If you have a particular feature you need to support on one of the above PBX's please contact us.
