The KIRK Wireless Server 1500IP is the scalable solution for SMEs and large businesses with IP- PBX systems wanting to give wireless handsets to up to 700 employees per site.

It is suited to the organisation which needs to provide mobile telephone and messaging services over a large site, for a large number of employees, or at several sites. Deployment

Base stations take the signal into the different areas.  Each base station enables 4 simultaneous conversations within its coverage area. The number of simultaneous conversations in an area can be increased by adding base stations.  Repeaters are used to expand the coverage or take the signal into areas where cabling is difficult - the repeater does not need any physical connection to a KWS1500IP.  The KWS1500IP can connect up to 16 base stations and 48 repeaters.   A single KWS1500IP supports up to 350 handsets.  Two linked KWS1500s (using a link card) support up to 700 handsets and connect to up to 32 base stations and 96 repeaters.  In the example an IP-PBX and KWS1500IP are installed at the main location, other sites are equipped with a KWS1500IP.
