This ensures that the customer’s workplace, legacy telephone system and usage are taken into account when specifying the system.  This results in a better customer experience as a result of reduced install costs, faster turnaround and fewer call backs.

A company who uses an ICON trained DECT installer is allowed to display the certified installer logo on its literature and web site.  This logo confirms that the company employs staff who have been trained in the specification and installation of KIRK proffessional wireless solutions for analogue and VoIP systems.

If you supply and install DECT solutions ICON can provide subsidised training on the KIRK DECT system for your technical staff .  This course is the key to ensuring trouble free DECT installations.
